He began his career in 2003 at the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD). He left HUD to work with various startups and entrepreneurs in the real estate industry. Marcus has worked in Real Estate and Finance since 2006, including providing solutions for low -income housing, crowdfunding, and private equity deal analyses. Over the years, he has helped raise over $200 Million towards Debt and Equity funds for Not-for-Profits, Private Investors and Developers.
Marcus has found his home as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of W&H Realty Group. Marcus is licensed in DC, MD, and VA.
