Like many of her peers growing up in Northern Virginia, Brandi Reese was raised to excel in school, attend college, find a good career, purchase a home, and start a family. She was taught that the American Dream was only achieved through stability. While following that traditional path, the recession hit in 2010, Brandi lost her contracting job and found that the only income she had, came from the rental property that she purchased a few years before. A light bulb went off, and it was at that moment that Brandi decided to become a Realtor.
Since becoming an agent in 2011, Brandi has found her passion in helping to empower her clients and assist them in achieving their financial goals by investing in real estate.
Whether it's a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned investor, Brandi enjoys discussing the process and procedures of a real estate transaction and working with her clients to create a purchase or sales strategy that caters to their specific goals. She believes that education is the most important part of her job as a Realtor and strives to educate all her clients to be knowledgeable of the details of their specific transaction.
Brandi is licensed in DC and VA and a member of the National Association of Realtors and The Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors respectively.
